Efficient staff and the location was perfect.

Lovely stay, as always. Great value and absolutely brilliant hotel in a quite basic area close enough to the bus station, and Birmingham from all over Uk and ireland for a family funeral. Above average and gorgeous breakfast for vegetarians or halal food. Fast check in and in general terrific service. Easy parking on site.

The rooms were bright with a fridge, the staff were pleasant and polite.

We got spotless room with sofa bed.

Very helpful staff. I arrived very early morning, they arranged me a room to check in. Very close to nec.

The shuttle bus is not functioning all day, if you miss it the taxi can be pricey!

It's a brand new hotel and has air conditioning which was very welcome as the country was experiencing a heat wave. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean, easy to find and relaxing.

because it's brand new, you can smell the carpets, which might be difficult for someone whose asthma is not as well managed as my own

There was no water at all from 0630 hrs to 0730hrs. I was due to attend a meeting at 0800hrs and had to postpone which in turn required me to change my plans and cancel my second night at the hotel.

pleasant stay with minor areas for improvement

The staff provided really good service, showing genuine warmth. The room size was wonderful, offering ample space for relaxation.

The breakfast selection could offer more variety to cater to diverse tastes.

They didn't give me a 60's style hot pebble and beeswax massage on demand. Or perm my hair. Or call me Mr. Bigman Dowaddyboppywop yeah baby groove. That would have been quite pleasant. And they didn't coat me in hot butter and call me a toasty geezer. Hey whatever man, it's my review after all! I'm just saying... Could have been cool that's all. Apart from that it was great.

The hotel had only recently opened so everything was fresh and new. It was also very quiet.

The wi-fi wasn't working either in the room or in the public area. Apparently there was a technical fault which the management were endeavouring to get fixed. Whilst i have no objection to paying for parking, I would like it to be adverised in advance.

The room was modern, but the heating didn't work properly and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Many tv channels including bbc1/bbc2 and itv1 not working. No hand shower for hair washing. Booked a double but told only a disabled room available on arrival although this was then changed when I objected. Location - did not feel totally safe as single female traveller.

Every thing was excellent, except for ordering time of dinner , we thought waiting time of 50 minutes for fish and chips was too long. Waiting staff polite and friendly but not very organised in serving .
